The Morning Sessions (ORANGE) 30/8 - 25/11

These sessions are open to all initiated students. Most participants on these classes come regularly over an extended period of time. In these sessions all forms, aspects and techniques of yoga are practiced, but in the meditation sessions there are no dynamic aspects like sun-salutations. Instead the meditations focus on higher practices like mudra, bandha, pranayama and meditation. The nature of the morning sessions change with the seasons, group dynamics and by needs of the regular aspirants. 


The Open Classes (GREEN) 13/9 - 17/12

The green sessions are open and available to all - even those who have not been initiated yet. These classes are for beginners and they are held by our Teacher Trainees. Some of the sessions focus on specific techniques and some contain all aspects of yoga. They cost only 50kr which is payed in cash upon arrival before the class begins. The Evening Classes (BLUE) 30/8 - 17/12

These sessions are open to all initiated students and offers in-depth practice on a specific method - Santhi, Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga. 

 

The Sadhana Sessions (PURPLE) 30/8 - 17/12

These sessions are open to all initiated students. During these sessions you can come and roll out your mat and practice at any time. For example you can come at 07:20 and leave any time you like before 10:00. Instead of being guided by an instructor you just follow your own sequence at your own pace. What and how to practice you learn in the ordinary classes or in private classes.

 

Challenged students that can not follow the ordinary sessions (due to back-problems or pregnancy for example) can take private classes and get an individual and tailor-made method of practice in order to improve their condition so they can take ordinary classes later.

 

Also advanced students that practice a routine that to advanced for the ordinary sessions can practice sadhana.  The sessions are included in the ordinary one and three month cards, but if you only want to practice sadhana you can invest (after being initiated) in a Sadhana-Card for only 500kr/month.
